30-Day Returns
Items purchased on navenindonesia.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Need a different size or color? Exchanges are processed as a return + new order for fastest turnaround. This ensures your exchange item ships immediately rather than waiting for inventory.
Free exchanges on first orderDefective Items
If your Naven gear arrives with a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it immediately. Contact our support team at hello@navenindonesia.com with photos and order details.

Start Your Return
Email us at hello@navenindonesia.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return form included in your original shipment. For hygiene reasons, sport hijabs and socks cannot be returned if opened.
Drop & Done
Drop your package at your nearest partner shipping location. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
